Toolkits for Dads
Print E-mail

Toolkit02The ‘Toolkit Pack’ contains tips for father, a wristband, a custom pin, a photo card and stickers, each carrying a symbolic meaning. You can request for a toolkit here.

  • The wristband is in red and white. Red symbolises life that anchors a father and child relationship while white symbolises the transfer of sound values from father to child.
  • The custom pin depicts the Dads for Life logo.

We invite fathers to wear the wristband and custom pin as a symbol of their commitment to be more involved in their children’s lives.

  • The photo card with a family picture inserted can be placed on workstations or at home to remind fathers of those happy family moments.
  • The stickers can be used in calendars and planners, serving to mark important family events. They can also be given to children as mini rewards or encouragement.

Knowing Me Knowing You Card Pack

One of the greatest rewards for being a dad is to have a deep knowledge of your child through the ages.

Building a relationship and being the influence that your child can grow up to rely on, takes time and regular communication.

What can you do to keep this quality communication happening? Use the 'Knowing Me, Knowing You' card packs from Dads for Life to get to really know your child, and to give you both the inspiration on what to communicate to each other about, even when you are out of ideas, or want to break through obstacles to communication.

What our Dads for Life community on Facebook had to say about the card pack.

Amos Ang: (Playing this is) a regular feature of our father-son time... Knowing Me, Knowing You cards ... great way to connect with our kids beyond the surface.

Low Yong Joo: We played the card game Knowing Me Knowing You. It was great. All must play it. We had a fun time from the conversations generated from answering the questions.

Joel Siow: I place it it my car. Now it is one of our family 'play time'. Good for long journey.

James Wong: I did play it! Like it. An interesting thing I found out about my family? Oh! how they put up with me all these years!

Hiew Hong Teck: Yes we brought it to our family holidays in Penang. The kids loved it.
