When I Was... When i was young,there was many things that needed adult supervision.My dad watched mehandling tools

I remember... I remember being afraid of animals,especially dogs,when young.I once passed by a stray dog that wanted to 'steal' the nuggets i was eating.My dad managed to help me shoo away the dog and bring me to safety.I was grateful becuase if not for my dad,i would probably be badly injuried.

Dad, thank you for... Thankyou for being there for me when i need you and helping me in my studies!

When I Was... about a few months old

I remember... my father help to take care of me. He would make my milk and put me to sleep. My mother said he loves me alot. I cannot remember anything much about my father because my father has already passed away. But my mother tells me alot about him.

When I Was... a driver, fresh out of driving school, I got into an accident where I had scratched a taxi

I remember... I recalled being extremely afraid and I wanted to run away. Besides no one had witnessed what had happened as the scene was empty. However my Dad happened to know the owner of the taxi and had gotten me to own up to the owner. I refused to do so initially as I was afraid of the consequences but I did so eventually and the eventually the owner didn't blame me but instead forgave me.

Dad, thank you for... teaching me the importance of integrity and to be able to face up to the mistakes I did.

When I Was... nine years old my dad take me to mcdonald and the food was very delicious after that i went my home.

I remember... when i was a baby my dad take care of me and feed me.

When I Was... 7 years old my dad all ways help me with my studys and he always have a kind heart

I remember... when we alway play kite at the beach but the kite fell on the sea on philippines but its ok as long as we are happy

When I Was... 6 years old, I slipped trying to hide from Dad and got a deep cut just above my eye.

I remember... my dad carrying me (even though his arm was no longer strong enough) to the family doctor while putting pressure on the wound to keep me from bleeding.

Dad, thank you for... showing me how a Dad should really be, and I hope to do the same for my son.

When I Was... 22, I contracted influenza A and was literally immobile for a few days while running a high fever.

I remember... My dad carried a mattress and slept in my room. Every hour or so, he will wake up and take my temperature, wipe my body with a wet cloth to cool my body temperature and keep changing ice packs for me. This is despite him having to work the next day, and when I still had not recovered, he took an additional day off and repeated the routine the whole of next day

Dad, thank you for... being an eg on how to be a good father and placing the needs of my family above my own

When I Was... in pri school, dad taught me how to play golf.Brought me all the way to Bintan to play golf there.

I remember... on the first day of secondary school, dad dragged me out of bed so i would not be late.

When I Was... in Primary 4 and I received Distinction for all 3 UNSW papers, my dad was so proud of me.

I remember... when I get quite bad results, my dad would yell at me but he was only trying to get me to do better. There was another time I fell sick during a father-son camp and dad was so worried he brought me home to recover before sending me back the next day.

Dad, thank you for... everything you have done for me in all my 15 years of life.

When I Was... 6 years old, i got very sick. I had high fever. My dad took me to hospital.

I remember... my dad sponged me the whole night and sat next to me on my bed. Whenever i woke up and could not sleep, my dad would read a story to me. He also gave me medicine on time. As my mother was not in Singapore, my dad took leave from work and also cooked me porridge to eat.

When I Was... having hard times, you were there to give me advice. You were also there when i needed you the most

I remember... my father getting a heart attack and i was worried sick for him but he told me not to worry. I would stay at the KK Hospital with him but would not sleep because i was worried of him. He would then lul me to bed with my favorite song.

When I Was... 3,my parents got divorced and my dad was given the custody to take care of me.

I remember... Everyday my dad will wake up early in the morning to prepare for my school,like a mother would always do,he will also prepare my breakfast.He did this EVERY single day without fail.He also works hard in order to keep me and to fulfill whatever crave I have.I don't think it's easy to be both a dad,and a mom to a son/dauhter.

When I Was... 5 , He Tried Throwing A Surprise Birthday Party

I remember... So He Asked Me To Sleep While He And My Mum And Aunts Prepare My Party , But I Didn't Feel Sleepy So I Went To Him Questioning What He And Mum Are Doing
He Told Me To Go Back To Sleep And Don't Disturb Them
But I Still Couldn't Fall Asleep
So He Told Me To Set Out Some Chairs In Living Room And Play WitH The Arrived Guests , After The Cake Session ,
He Passed Me Some Firecrackers And I Went Downstairs With My Cousins To Play Them
I Really Like The Sparkly Area As When I Was Young I Thought It Was Pretty
But Now I Don't Really Care About It Much .

When I Was... A baby , My father Took care of me even Overnight when i was very noisy .He didnt have enough sleep

When I Was... 15

I remember... my dad giving me tuition for every subject. He sprnt many off-days and leave just to gear me up for exams.I have little to no tutors and my dad is my pillar of support. He surpports me in all in whatever i do. He encouranges me in both my academics,cca and leadership. He gave whatever he could so that i could rise above the rest. Money is not everything. He have been a great father. No matter what happens, he will always be by my side. Without his constant guidance, i will not be where i am today.

When I Was... 1 1/2 years old

I remember... when I was hospitalised due to viral infection. My dad have to stay all night long at the hospital to take care of me without any sleep at all.
