Dads for Life is a movement of fathers who seek to inspire, mobilize and involve one another to become good influencers in their children's lives... for life. When you join the conversation in our online communities, you're joining this movement and helping it to flow along as you pass on your wisdom and experience to younger fathers while learning from those who've walked this road before you. Here's where you can participate in our friendly and enthusiastic conversations.

If you're a Facebook user, just "Like" the DadsforLife.sg page on Facebook and you'll be part of a community of over 5500 online Dads and Dad supporters!

On Facebook, our lively conversations have discussed appropriate ways of disciplining children, the Dad experience of leaving our child in school for the first time at the start of the year, and more. The Dads for Life Resource Team also prepares a list of available weekend activities in Singapore for the family, while Dad blogger, gheetaman, shares about novel "Things to do" and "Places to go" in Singapore that your family will simply love!

Recently, a Dad shared this on our Facebook channel:

To all Dads.. I believe many of you may had this moment with your child... As I was getting ready to wear my socks and getting to work. My son, Issac, 18 months soon, walks up to me. Next thing I know, he climbs up onto me and clings like a baby monkey...

No matter how my wife and I coax him with his favourite morning cereal and telling him daddy needs to work, etc, he just refuse to taken away from me. We had a few minutes of father and son time...

Twitter

On Twitter, meet with Dads as we go about our daily lives. Post your location and your family-friendly find, retweet those that others have found, and support one another when the day gets tough with an inspirational message of the day. Whether you're at work, home or play, when a Dad is in need, our twitter community will try to be there. We've even managed to help a Dad whose car broke down while on his way to pick up his child from kindergarten! And we've had Dads share in their exciting milestones such as buying a new home, being a new Dad and looking for a caregiver for his child.
